Are your products really 100% vegan?
Yes — every single item we make is 100% plant-based. No eggs, no dairy, no animal products of any kind. We use vegan butter, plant-based milk, and animal-free ingredients throughout.
How do I place an order?
All orders are placed through Instagram DM at @conchachonchapanaderia. Send us a message with what you'd like, your city, and your preferred pickup or delivery date and we'll get back to you quickly.
Do you have a storefront or physical location?
We are a home bakery — we do not have a walk-in storefront. All orders are made fresh to order and arranged through Instagram DM for pickup or local delivery.
What cities do you serve?
We currently serve Fontana, Pomona, and Corona, CA. DM us if you are nearby and want to check if we can accommodate your area.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend at least 48–72 hours notice for standard orders, and more time for large or custom orders (like concha cakes or big holiday sets). The sooner the better — we book up fast around holidays.
Do you do custom colors and designs?
Absolutely! Custom colors and designs are our specialty. Whether it's a birthday, gender reveal, holiday set, or any special occasion — DM us and we'll work out the details and pricing.
What allergens are in your products?
Our products contain WHEAT and SOY. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order. We take allergen concerns seriously but cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final — no returns. If there is an issue with your order, please DM us right away and we will do our best to make it right.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery within our service areas (Fontana, Pomona, Corona). Delivery availability and fees are discussed when you place your order via DM.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle. A deposit is required to confirm your order date. Full payment is due at pickup or delivery.
